There are some things I have been thinking about recently that are basically summed up in this thought from Matthew Hussey, who is a relationship guru.
I've been following him for awhile on Facebook and I know that there are some pearls of wisdom that he passes along to anyone who is having the desire to be in a relationship.
Having just been through a lot of things this guy related this past year and a half, and even longer with other things that have happened I know that I wouldn't be the person I am today without knowing that making the choices to change and work hard and develop the skills and the talents that I do have.
It has made a world of difference to know that I am being taken care of because I am relying on God and Christ to help me through it. There are times where it can be more difficult than others but being consistent to the things that challenge us and change us will make us out to be the better person than we ever thought we could be.
Now relationship wise with that specific guy, I won't go into too many details right now but I basically closed the book last week and although it feels a little said there is a lot of peace that comes with knowing that there will be someone better for me. Someone with qualities I haven't even imagined yet.
Looking forward and praying and hoping that I am going to continue to become the person I am supposed to become. Hold strong to the things I value and that are important to me and continue to change and look to my future. I'm so excited for that!
